Dear Sir/Madam

I have been the tenant of Murriverie Road, North Bondi, for approaching 5 years.

On Friday night our hot water system malfunctioned. As a result, our balcony flooded.

I called Marie’s personal mobile at 8.20am on Saturday morning. I left a voicemail and sent a follow up text detailing the events and asked for Marie’s assistance as soon as possible. I also left the number of my housemate, Georgie, if I was not contactable.


At 9.30am I walked out of an appointment to a missed call from Marie. I immediately called Marie back and by that stage she had contacted the hot water company, issued a work order, arranged for them to attend before 12noon, and confirmed all of this with my housemate on the phone.

The hot water unit was replaced before 11.30am that day. I was blown away!

Never, in my almost 5 years of living at this property, have I experienced such efficiency, professionalism and understanding as Marie showed us on Saturday. So much so that I spent my lunch break yesterday talking to my work colleagues about Marie.

Marie is an asset to Richardson & Wrench.
